Just like any part of the body, chakras are essentially just as important in cleaning, acknowledging and using. Doing a charka test helps you to see them clearly ( especially color), feel them and awaken them. I will teach how to do this daily so you can use them when you need too.
There are 7 main chakras in line with the center of your body, 1 in the palm of your hands, 1 on the sole of your feet and Gold Sun chakra just above your aura. They are connected to your endocrine system. The 2nd through the 7th are associated with a specific gland, while the 1st and 8th are physical and spirtual regulators of the system.
Each chakra has a specific ability and are like gauges or meters that can tell you about the health of that ability. Example.... if you want to check on its ability, you can look at it and tell by color, size, and shape of its health. You want to know about spirituality check the 7th, balance out spirit, body and self healing check 4th, immune system check 3rd and so on.
Ok to look at your chakras and tell what what a healthy size is, they need to be 3 to 5 in in diameter and hand feet are smaller 2 to 3 in. Longer and thicker disks has more energy, where shorter and thinner has less. You want to see a clear, delineated, clean circular border with a healthy color. Deviations is good bc then the charka can talk to you about their difficulties. They are active and busy and communicate very well when healthy. Remember when you are doing a chakra test, your in charge not them.
How to perform a test is simple you vision your golden chakra touching the edge of the top of your aura. See it as clear and open and a strong delineation between its edges and edge of your aura and the energy outside the aura. Start down and visualize a golden line connecting them. 7th purple/violet, 6th indigo, 5th sapphire, 4th emerald green, 3rd sunny yellow, 2nd persimmon orange and 1st sparkling ruby red. Then vision a grounding cord to your hands and feet (assign your own color to them).
Do this test daily to see if you are in balance with the universe, yourself and the earth. This will calm and center them as they are part of you, they also are alive and have a mind of their own. Learn to use them wisely and they will enhance your abilities. Warning ..... dont abuse them karma also lies in the mind of them so the universe is always watching.
