We have to now start paying attention to our spirtual activities bc they will be so important as a means of peace and serenity but also as a comfort zone. Why you ask bc the earth is starting to spin faster and we will be hit again with high frequency ascension symptoms.
More we obtain knowledge the more the light can move freely through us and through earth. This in turns us to self deep cleanse and the retrograde we are experiencing is making it so important to do so. Self reflect is the key here and all those ideas put towards making you better will take action when the retrograde is over.
Right now (as above so below) is happening a tremendous speed where 3d atoms are being replaced by 5d atoms (material versus spiritual). Remember even though thoughts are electrical frequencies emotions are magnetic frequencies. So in other words your thoughts start up the process the emotions connect and boom manifestation is created. So self reflecting not only heals us but the earth as well.

When you are in a low vibrational thought process light has a harder time passing through the body. Toxicity blocks it and eventually diminish it as it eats away at it before it enters the DNA. Now you know why they were trying to block out the sun and made you think it was dangerous and invented sun screen to further their plans of keeping us sick.
As we are ascending the planets are creating energies as well with their positions such as square or trine or sextile etc. These positions give off certain vibrational frequencies that will cause affect around the earth and the milky way. Stars are surging up and this is occurring which could explain the (portal or push ) that they are seeing 🤔
Whatever is going on know that the Source and universe is is guiding us now and this 5d path we are on is full of new and exciting adventures.
